Having read my website, if you wish to make an appointment to see me, the following information will be of help to you.

I would encourage you to obtain a referral from you GP. This communication is the basis of good medical care. If you are going to use Private Medical Insurance to pay for part or all of your care, a referral letter from another doctor, preferably your GP, is essential.

I will see private patients who self-refer but would strongly encourage you to seek a letter of referral. If you do not wish to get such, I will keep your GP informed of any diagnosis, test results or treatment unless you express that this is against your wishes.
